We're adding a 3rd class starting on April 27th at 12 noon. The afternoon class on Thursday is such a success, I'm going to add Tuesday at noon also. I usually get there around 11:30am for those that have a little earlier lunch time.
A huge shout out goes to those that practiced their hand stand push ups on Thursday. You are all so cool!
